Happy 44th Birthday Singapore!XD You are where I belong,where I live in and where i am breed in.Wow our forefathers have certainly come a long way to get to where we are now!It's just like How Pastor Kong and the pioneers of CHC build this amazing church.That is why in every NDP, Lee Kuan Yew and the other founding fathers of Singapore will be touched on how they build Singapore from a tiny island without any natural resources to a global city that is impacting the world today.Therefore let us,the next generation of Singaporeans,not take our prosperity and stability for granted.But we shall continue to do exceedingly and abundantly for our homeland.
I can say that this year's NDP song is very creative,meaningful and catchy, very different from past year NDP theme songs.Even though it is doesn't set a sad or emo tone, but it still carries the patriotism.It questioned Singaporeans on what do they see for Singapore?Is Singapore just a country?Or is there something more to it?The success of the song lies with the hip and trendy tune but not compromising on the theme of an NDP song.This song had presented Singapore as a young and vibrant nation,not afraid to break away from traditions always ready to try something new.
